Fall is here in the nation’s capital as is the end of our 3rd official year of operation.  We could not have done it without you.  As many of you know, we have chosen a different path for growth, as a local independent, non-unionized elevator company.  Our forward trajectory has been steady and careful by design, as we keep our focus long term.  Doing so allows us to minimize the cyclical, contentious dealings present with service providers that are hungry for volume.

Here are 5.5 reasons to be thankful you can count us on for the long haul while we choose long term relationships over the short-term revenue of an incorrectly invoiced service call:

1. You will always know when and why we are in your building.  You will not have to “call the office” for information.

2. We will consult with you regardless of your existing contract status – at no charge.  We answer our phones, return voice messages, and we provide pricing and context when it is requested of us.  Seems like rocket science, right? Not exactly, it is common courtesy and it’s our answer to a question many in our industry keep trying to answer but can’t: Why is the service so bad?

3. We can answer that: These companies are not built to serve, nor can they deliver.  There is less staff and more automation to create higher profit margins out of less revenue. 

4.  Once we are in your building for maintenance or repairs, we make it a point to understand the unique operational needs of your building.  Our goal is to minimize the disruption to you, your staff, and your clients.  Remember when you had to reschedule building activities because of a surprise visit to perform unscheduled elevator work?

5. Our maintenance programs are designed to prevent service calls. Maintenance that simply meets the minimum standard (or worse does not) exposes you to problems.  5$ problems can easily turn into $5,000.00 problems if they are not uncovered, observed, and resolved quickly.  There are companies in this industry that grow strictly because they do not do maintenance, they wait instead for the chargeable service opportunities.  

5.5. We will not increase your contract price astronomically EVERY YEAR like you know               who….
